On Monday, January 21, 2019, Eon S. Nichols, Partner and Vice-Chair of the Real Estate, Corporate, Finance and Non-Profit groups at Cuddy & Feder served as Chair and Emcee of the 18th Annual Martin Luther King Jr. Legacy Youth Awards Luncheon. The lunch honored the youth of Westchester County who exemplify the spirit of Dr. King’s life and work to keep his legacy alive through their self-sacrificing volunteer activities.
Mr. Nichols has served on AAMW’s board since 2012, and has chaired the luncheon for the past several years. Cuddy & Feder is a proud sponsor of this organization and its community-based initiatives.
Each of the seven individuals received a $1,000 scholarship and proclamations from local political leaders. Each fall, AAMW seeks nominations from teachers and administrators at Westchester middle and high schools and the finalists are selected from these nominees.
