Partners, Joseph P. Carlucci and Eon S. Nichols, assisted Million Air with obtaining approvals from the Westchester County Board of Legislators and negotiating a new 30-year lease at the Westchester County Airport. Million Air currently has a light general aviation operation at the airport, but under the terms of the new lease, the company will be allowed to expand its fixed-base operation to serve heavy as well as light aircraft and begin major construction on a new terminal and other capital improvements.
