Leslie Levin will be speaking at Probate Boot Camp, a two-day practical course sponsored by NBI: National Business Institute on Dec. 8–9, 2016 at the Radisson Hotel in New Rochelle, New York. The course is designed for Attorneys, Accountants/CPAs, Enrolled Agents, Certified Financial Planners and Trust Officers/Administrators/Managers as a definitive guide to the Probate Process. New York attorneys can earn 14 hours of CLE credit, which includes one hour of ethics credit. This soup-to-nuts program covers each stage of probate and offers techniques to handle challenges involved. Leslie will be speaking on three different topics on Dec. 8: First Steps (9:00–10:00 a.m.), Educating the Personal Representative (10:15–11:15 a.m.) and Spouses’ Elective Share vs. Second Probate (2:30–3:30 p.m.)
