Leanne is a commercial litigation attorney with Cuddy & Feder LLP in White Plains New York, a firm with special emphasis in the areas of Land Use, Zoning and Development, and Energy and Environmental, among others. Leanne’s litigation practice focuses on Article 78 proceedings, Appeals, Land Use Litigation, Telecommunications Litigation, and Contractual Disputes. Leanne has participated as a judge in the Jeffrey G. Miller National Environmental Law Moot Court Competition for over 20 years, received her BA with Distinction in English from Duke University, and her Certificate in Environmental Law and JD, magna cum laude, from Pace University School of Law.
