Cuddy & Feder LLP is pleased to announce that Christopher B. Fisher, Firm Partner, and Vice Chair of the Westchester County Association (WCA), was featured in the April issue of WCA’s news. Chris has been instrumental in leading WCA’s Digital Connectivity Initiatives.
The article entitled, “WCA, STEM Alliance Grow Digital Economy with Connect Westchester,” shared that WCA’s efforts to bring the benefits of broadband to households throughout Westchester has just expanded. STEM Alliance, with the support of the WCA, secured a $750K grant to launch Connect Westchester, an extension of WCA’s successful Y-Zone program in partnership with the STEM Alliance, City of Yonkers and community and business partners.
At City & State’s recent Broadband for All Conference, Chris explained, “We’ve connected hundreds of people to the internet and our regional economy. These projects connect the unconnected to better healthcare, education and employment and provide a digital pipeline to our country’s biggest employers, service providers and the internet economy.”
