The Firm is pleased to welcome Hailey Pedicano and Zachary Chaikin as our 2023 Summer Associates.
Hailey is a rising 3L at Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, pursuing a law degree with an advanced certificate in Environmental Law. Hailey spent last summer working at FEMA in Washington D.C. supporting the Community Infrastructure Resilience Branch where she assisted with reviewing grant application appeals and writing briefs concerning FEMA Resilience public infrastructure strategy. Hailey earned her undergraduate degree in Communications and International Studies from The University of Connecticut.
Zachary is a rising 3L at Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. He is a staff editor on the Cardozo’s Journal of Conflict Resolution and was a part of the Alexander Fellows Program in the Southern District of New York this past semester. Zach recently worked at Jones Lang LaSalle where he assisted with the preparation of complex contracts and memos for debt and equity commercial real estate investments. Zach earned his undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Real Estate & Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Our Summer Associate Program provides law students with hands-on, real-world experience across multiple practice areas. They are given the opportunity to work and learn from a range of attorneys—from our most senior partner to our most junior associate. We foster an environment where feedback is given freely and often to maximize the summer associates’ learning and to ensure a valuable experience at our Firm.
