On Thursday, March 24, 2022, Anthony F. Morando, Partner in Charge of the Hudson Valley office and Co-Chair of the firm’s Land Use, Zoning & Development Practice group participated in a panel at the Sullivan County Partnership Economic Development Summit breakfast. The panel covered topics on how economic development in the county affects you, your business and the community and the importance of diversifying the economy.
According to an article in the River Reporter, the panelists walked the audience through a conversation about shovel-ready sites, the importance and role of a land use attorney, the environmental and regulatory requirements, the importance of understanding how a project fits into a community’s vision for itself, the role of the IDA, and critical infrastructure.
