Cuddy & Feder Partner, Eon S. Nichols, obtained IDA approval from the County of Westchester Industrial Development Agency (IDA) for a $275-million mixed-use development in Downtown White Plains. Eon obtained from the IDA a Pilot as well as $5.36 million in sales tax exemptions and $1.65 million in mortgage recording tax exemptions for the Gateway II mixed-use development project located at 25 Lexington Avenue.
The proposed project will involve the redevelopment of an existing parking structure into a 500-unit, 25-story residential apartment building. The project will consist of 19,000 square feet of ground floor retail and 755 parking spaces.
Partner Neil Alexander previously secured Site Plan Approval from the White Plains Common Council in April. The project will likely break ground later this year.
