Cuddy & Feder Partner, Eon S. Nichols, obtained final authorizing approval from the County of Westchester Industrial Development Agency (IDA) for an approximately $107 Million mixed use development for Southern Land Company of Nashville, Tennessee. Eon obtained from the IDA a Pilot as well as sales and mortgage tax exemption for Southern Land’s mixed-use development project located at 250 Mamaroneck Avenue that will replace the White Plains YMCA building.
The project will consist of an eight-story, 177-unit mixed use structure that will include one, two and three bedroom units, approximately 1,876 square feet of ground floor retail, and an underground parking garage for residential tenants and retail patrons. The existing YMCA building will be demolished to make way for the new mixed-use development on the 1.16-acre property.
