On May 28, 2019, Cuddy & Feder Land Use Attorneys Anthony B. Gioffre III and Kristen Motel secured Site Plan Approval from the New Rochelle Planning Board for construction of a new eight-story, 334 unit, mixed-use development project in the City’s Downtown Overlay Zone. The proposed multifamily community located at 24 Maple Avenue in New Rochelle will be comprised of 334 apartment homes consisting of 8 studio apartments, 201 one‐bedroom units, and 125 two‐bedroom units. Residential use will be located on all floors of the building, and a comprehensive amenity package will also be included that consists of a fitness center, home offices, clubroom, three courtyards, and a rooftop lounge.
