Cuddy & Feder is pleased to announce that Associate Maximillian Mahalek has been elected to a two-year term as Chair of the Planning & Law Division of the American Planning Association (APA). The APA is a national organization dedicated to supporting city planners through education, ethical standards, and professional accreditation via the American Institute of Certified Planners.
As Chair, Max will lead the Planning & Law Division in its mission to explore the intersection of city planning and law. The division plays a key role in hosting educational webinars on emerging legal trends, preparing Amicus Briefs for the U.S. Supreme Court, and overseeing the national Smith-Babcock-Williams Writing Competition.
