Andrew P. Schriever is a Partner at Cuddy & Feder who serves as the firm wide Co-Chair of the Litigation Practice.
Andrew was voted in as Treasurer of the Westchester County Bar Association (WCBA) on Wednesday, March 28, 2018 at the WCBA Annual Meeting and Past Presidents’ Dinner. The Westchester County Bar Association, established on February 11, 1896, is a not-for-profit corporation with a voluntary membership of more than 2,000 lawyers. The purpose of the Association is to promote the ends of justice, to cultivate jurisprudence, to afford access to the courts to all who seek redress, to facilitate the administration of justice, to elevate the standards of integrity, honor, competence and courtesy in the legal profession, and to participate with all members of society in seeking and perfecting the common good. Andrew has served on the WCBA Board of Directors for the past three years and has been an active member since 2006.
Andrew is also a court-appointed mediator in the Westchester County Supreme Court Commercial Division’s mediation program and a former Co-Chair of the Westchester County Bar Association’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee, and has presented Continuing Legal Education Seminars on several topics.
