Cuddy & Feder LLP is pleased to announce that Amanda M. Fenelon has joined the firm as associate in the Trusts, Estates & Elder Law group. Amanda joins from Saxe, Doernberger & Vita, P.C. where she was an associate.
Amanda regularly volunteers her time pro bono. During the peak of COVID-19, Amanda volunteered at the Feerick Center for Social Justice assisting with the COVID-19 Response Project. She drafted estate planning documents for low-income seniors. Amanda continues to volunteer at the City Bar Justice Center where she provides free legal assistance for end-of-life planning, probate, and estate matters to low-income individuals.
While at Fordham University School of Law, Amanda received the Archibald Murray Public Service Award. Amanda served as a volunteer attorney under the Honorable Rita Mella of the New York County Surrogate’s Court. She also served as a judicial intern under Magistrate Judge Stewart Aaron of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
