Landmark Victories: Cuddy & Feder Secures Dual Wins in Adverse Possession Case for Westchester Homeowners

After obtaining partial summary judgment awarding their clients a portion of the land in question, Josh and Troy prevailed on a subsequent summary judgment motion granting their clients title by adverse possession to a larger piece of property.
