Cuddy & Feder Land Use Attorneys, Anthony B. Gioffre III and Daniel Patrick, Obtain Site Plan Approval for a 15-story Mixed-Use Building in Downtown Port Chester
Cuddy & Feder Land Use Attorneys, Anthony B. Gioffre III and Daniel Patrick, obtained site plan approval from the Village of Port Chester Planning Commission to redevelop the existing properties located at 157 Westchester Avenue and 5-11 North Pearl Street. The proposed 15 -story mixed-use building takes advantage of this key intersection at Westchester Avenue and Pearl Street and successfully incorporates architectural elements to complement the adjacent historic Capital Theatre.
The new development includes 190 residential units to include 52 studio apartments, 106 one- bedroom apartments and 32 two-bedroom apartments, throughout 14 residential stories along with residential amenities, 1,465 square feet of street-level commercial space, and 110 parking spaces. The approved project is anticipated to activate the streetscape and create a welcoming and pedestrian-friendly presence to the Village of Port Chester.
