Cuddy & Feder Land Use Attorneys, Anthony B. Gioffre III and Daniel Patrick, Obtain Site Plan Approval for a New 12-Story Mixed-Use Residential Development in Port Chester
Cuddy & Feder Land Use Attorneys, Anthony B. Gioffre III and Daniel Patrick, obtained site plan approval from the Village of Port Chester Planning Commission to redevelop the property located at 155 Irving Avenue and 9 Palace Place with a new 12-story mixed-use building. The project will include new street level commercial spaces along North Pearl Street, Irving Avenue, and Palace Place to activate the pedestrian environment as well as the inclusion of amenity areas supporting the residential units. The proposed development includes 181 residential units including 54 studios, 106 one-bedroom, and 21 two-bedroom units. The development will also include off-street parking for 124 cars and various residential amenities.
The approval documents adopted by the Planning Commission indicate that this project is consistent with the Village’s desired development goals given the site’s proximity to the Village’s downtown and Port Chester Metro-North Train Station, thus supporting the Village’s Transit-Oriented Development land use goals.
