Cuddy & Feder Defeats Legal Challenges To Client’s Development Project in Mount Vernon
Cuddy & Feder, led by litigation partner Troy Lipp won two lawsuits challenging our client’s multi-family development project in Mount Vernon, New York. The Westchester County Supreme Court agreed with and adopted our argument that because the development project was substantially complete, the lawsuits by neighboring cooperative buildings were moot and dismissed the claims. This victory enables our client to finalize its project providing much needed housing in a growing community.
