Isabella is an Associate in the Firm’s Real Estate, Corporate, and Finance Practice groups. Her practice includes working on commercial leases, both residential and commercial bank closings, purchase and sale agreements and drafting corporate agreements.
Isabella brings extensive experience in real estate transactions, including preparing and reviewing purchase agreements, sales contracts, and closing documents for diverse property types, including commercial buildings, condominiums, and cooperatives. She drafts loan documents and assists with refinances, facilitates commercial real estate purchase and sale transactions from inception to closing.
