Daniel Patrick

Prior to joining Cuddy & Feder, Dan worked at a firm in Tarrytown, NY specializing in the practice of zoning, municipal, and land use law. He provided counsel for several municipality boards as well as private clients on matters regarding SEQRA, General Municipal Law, Town Law, Village Law, and Highway Law. Dan’s experience representing both public and private sides of the municipal and land use matters provides him with a unique experience and insight that allows him to provide superior legal service.
Dan graduated from Illinois State with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and graduated cum laude from Pace University School of Law. During law school, Dan was an Articles Group Editor for the Pace Environmental Law Review and interned with Pace’s Land Use Law Center, a city corporation counsel’s office, and a land use and municipal law firm in White Plains.
