White Plains, NY — Cuddy & Feder LLP is pleased to announce that Hailey E. Pedicano has joined the firm as an associate attorney. A cum laude graduate of the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, Hailey brings a breadth of legal experience gained through clerkships and internships across both public and private sectors. Her practice focuses on zoning, real estate, and cannabis law, areas where her expertise will enhance the firm’s ability to meet diverse client needs.
Hailey began her journey with Cuddy & Feder as a summer associate in May 2023, returning as a law clerk in the fall of 2023. She continued with the firm and transitioned to her current role as an associate in September 2024.
Her professional journey reflects her commitment to environmental advocacy and social responsibility. During her time at law school, she served as a student attorney with the Pace Environmental Litigation Clinic, where she gained invaluable experience in environmental law and litigation. She also contributed her insights on sustainable practices as a co-author for the American Bar Association’s Section of Environment, Energy, and Resources.
Outside of her legal work, Hailey has demonstrated a steadfast dedication to community service, volunteering her time for various environmental, legal, and humanitarian causes. Her commitment to giving back has been exemplified through roles with organizations such as the American Cancer Society, where she recently participated as a fundraiser and runner in the 2024 New York City Marathon, and Meals on Main Street, where she volunteered as a food server.
