Hailey is an associate in the firm’s Land Use, Zoning & Development, Energy & Environmental, Telecommunications, and Cannabis groups, where she focuses on zoning, real estate, and cannabis law. She began her journey with Cuddy & Feder as a summer associate, advancing to a law clerk before her current role as an associate.

Hailey’s background is rooted in diverse legal experiences, spanning public and private sectors, including environmental advocacy through the Pace Environmental Litigation Clinic and contributions to the American Bar Association. Alongside her legal practice, she is dedicated to community service, actively volunteering across various environmental, legal, and humanitarian initiatives.

  • Co-Author, “Constructing A Sustainable Future – Private Regulation of Embodied Carbon,” ABA, Section of Environment, Energy, and Resources (Summer 2023)
  • Co-Developer: Collaborated with Dean Horace Anderson on a comprehensive report titled “Comparative Analysis of New York’s Village Incorporation Law (N.Y. Village § 2-202): Legislative Options for Reform to Provide Greater Equity in the Village Incorporation Process.” Presented the final report to members of the New York Senate, including Majority Leader Andrea Stewart-Cousins.

Cuddy & Feder client, Susquehanna Spirit, has received a cannabis processing license from the New York Office of Cannabis Management (OCM). With this license, Susquehanna Spirit is now authorized to process cannabis products for the New York market.
