Tony, an accomplished land use attorney for 30 years, represents national developers, retailers, religious institutions, and individuals before municipal and state land use, zoning, and environmental agencies. He guides clients through all aspects of the land use permitting and regulatory compliance process, including compliance with New York’s State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA). Tony is also a long-time supporter and Board member of the Burke Neurological Institute, Burke Rehabilitation Hospital, and the Burke Foundation Board, and he serves on the Executive Committee Board of the Hudson Valley Economic Development Corporation.
In addition to this recognition, Tony was honored as the 2024 recipient of the Distinguished Service Award from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University.
