Jessica Zalin

Jessica is an associate in the firm’s Land Use, Zoning & Development, Energy & Environmental and Telecommunications groups. Her practice focuses on guiding clients through land use zoning and permitting processes, environmental issues, and wireless telecommunications siting and related matters.
She brings extensive experience in environmental and land use law across various settings. Jessica has worked with large corporate and telecommunications clients, focusing on zoning and environmental matters, including navigating permitting processes and representing clients at public hearings. Additionally, Jessica has managed environmental due diligence, overseeing consultants and reviewing assessments and remediation plans. She has also handled high-profile environmental contamination litigation, regulatory matters, and provided counseling for real estate transactions.
