This regional survey and awards program was designed to identify, recognize, and honor the best places of employment in Westchester, NY, benefiting the region’s economy, workforce, and businesses. The 2024 Best Places to Work in Westchester list is made up of 21 companies.

In the two-part evaluation process that determined the Best Places to Work in Westchester, companies were initially assessed based on workplace policies, practices, and demographics. Subsequently, employee surveys played a pivotal role, constituting approximately 75% of the total evaluation. The combined scores from these evaluations determined the top companies and their final rankings. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process in Westchester and applied their expertise to analyze the data and determine the ultimate standings.
