Last-Minute Application to Stay Auction Denied in Years-Long Partition Action
Cuddy & Feder, led by Josh Kimerling and Kempshall McAndrew, successfully defeated a last-minute application filed by defendants on the day before an auction was scheduled to be held in a years-long partition action. Defendants sought to stay the auction, but upon review of Cuddy & Feder’s opposition papers, the Queens County Supreme Court declined to sign defendants’ order to show cause.
