Cuddy & Feder Secures Site Plan Approval for 203-Unit Mixed-Use Development in Port Chester
On June 28, 2021, Cuddy & Feder Land Use Attorneys Anthony B. Gioffre III and Daniel Patrick secured Site Plan Approval from the Port Chester Planning Commission for construction of a new six story, 203 unit, mixed-use development project in the heart of the Village’s Downtown within walking distance of the Metro-North Railroad Station. The approved multifamily community located at 27-45 North Main Street and 28 Adee Street in Port Chester is one of the first mixed-use developments to be approved under the Village’s new Character Based Code. The development will be comprised of 203 apartment homes consisting of 50 studio apartments, 108 one‐bedroom units, and 45 two‐bedroom units. Retail and restaurant spaces along with the relocated Human Development Services of Westchester will be provided at street level and residential uses will be located on all upper floors of the building. An amenity package will also be included that consists of a co-working space, outdoor and rooftop terraces, and structured off-street parking for tenants and the public. This development corresponds with the Port Chester’s development trends by activating the streetscape while providing increased housing options near the Village’s various public transportation options.
