Cuddy & Feder partner, William S. Null, has been named to the Board of Trustees for the Montefiore Health System. Montefiore is the academic medical center and University Hospital for Albert Einstein College of Medicine and is nationally recognized for clinical excellence —breaking new ground in research, training the next generation of healthcare leaders, and delivering science-driven, patient-centered care. Montefiore is ranked among the top hospitals nationally and regionally by U.S. News & World Report.
Mr. Null is a strong believer in the importance of giving back to his community. He serves on several non-profit boards of directors, including White Plains Hospital Center where he has served as a board member for 18 years and, during his term, became deeply involved serving on several committees including the Executive, Finance, Physicians Liaison, and Facilities, as well as chairing the Real Estate and Legal Committees. He also serves on the board of Hampshire College.
Mr. Null served as the firm’s managing partner for 15 years and was a member of the Management Committee for more than 20 years. His practice focuses on land use, real estate development and zoning, including litigation in State and Federal courts relating to commercial, institutional and residential development of real property.
