On January 28, 2020, Cuddy & Feder Land Use Attorney Anthony B. Gioffre III secured Site Plan Approval from the New Rochelle Planning Board for construction of a new twenty-eight story, 351 unit, mixed-use development project in the City’s Downtown Overlay Zone. The proposed multifamily community located at 525 Main Street in New Rochelle will be comprised of 351 apartment homes consisting of 31 studio apartments, 268 one‐bedroom units, 46 two‐bedroom units and 6 three-bedroom units. Retail spaces will be provided at street level and residential use will be located on all floors of the building and a comprehensive amenity package will also be included that consists of a fitness center, library, screening room, pool, game room, lounge areas and outdoor and rooftop terraces.
