Site Plan Approval for 132-Unit Senior Living Complex Secured for Client

Cuddy & Feder Partner, William S. Null, secured Site Plan Approval from the Common Council of the City of White Plains for the construction of a multifamily residential building containing 132 rental apartments designed for independent seniors wishing to live in a hospitality-oriented residential community.

The new highly amenitized building will be constructed on the southerly portion of the site situated at 120 Bloomingdale Road, White Plains, NY. As part of this development, a privately-owned, publicly accessible park will be created and maintained by the owner of the development. The new development will include a new parking structure to be constructed and shared with the existing, approximately 140,000 square foot office building, which will be separately owned and operated.
