After 22 years at Cuddy & Feder, Robert C. Schneider has retired as Special Counsel. As Special Counsel, Bob handled commercial and public finance transactions including the purchase and sale of businesses and assets, commercial finance including asset-based lending, long term and revolving credit loans as well as commercial, real and personal property financing. Bob represented borrowers, banks, trustees and bond purchasers in the areas of tax-exempt and taxable bonds, interest-rate swaps and similar derivatives, and the privatization of municipal assets. He also represented a diverse group of business and municipal clients varying from manufacturing to distribution, equipment leasing, healthcare, airlines and a wide range of service companies.
“Bob’s been a huge asset to the firm and our clients,” said Christopher Fisher, Managing Partner. “He brought a tremendous depth of experience to our finance group and we’re thankful he passed that on to others in the practice. We’ll miss Bob and wish him well in retirement!”
