On Wednesday, June 13, 2018, Brendan M. Goodhouse, head of Cuddy & Feder LLP’s Government Investigations and Enforcement practice group will moderate a panel titled “White Collar Investigations Primer for Main Street Companies.” The program will be held at the Westchester County Bar Association Headquarters in White Plains, New York. The panel session will include Susan Light, Chief Counsel, Enforcement Division at FINRA; and Keith Palzer, Director at Navigant Consulting. The program will explore best practices for responding to government or regulatory investigations and inquiries, how to most efficiently use outside resources in such matters, ethical issues presented during the course of white collar investigations, and how small to mid-sized companies can practically and effectively meet their compliance and regulatory burdens.
