Andrew P. Schriever is a Partner at Cuddy & Feder who serves as the firm wide Chair of the Litigation Practice.
Andrew was appointed as a Delegate to the New York State Bar Association’s House of Delegates, as part of a three member group which will represent the 9th Judicial District of the New York Courts, which covers Dutchess, Orange, Putnam, Rockland and Westchester Counties. The House of Delegates for the New York State Bar Association is its decision and policy-making body. The House meets four times a year for discussion and crafting on specific issues that become official State Bar policy.
Andrew is also a court-appointed mediator in the Westchester County Supreme Court Commercial Division’s mediation program and a former Co-Chair of the Westchester County Bar Association’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee, and has presented Continuing Legal Education Seminars on several topics.
