Cuddy & Feder LLP announced that Jordan M. Brooks has been promoted to partner, effective Jan. 1, 2017. Jordan was previously an associate at the firm.
Jordan’s practice, in the Firm’s Litigation Group, focuses on commercial easement and boundary disputes, commercial contract disputes, Surrogate’s Court litigation including will contests, disputes between shareholders in closely held corporations, disputes between partners and commercial landlord-tenant matters. He regularly appears in court and conducts and defends depositions, and prides himself on being available day and night to clients.
In June, the Business Council of Westchester selected him as a 2016 “40 Under 40” Rising Star, the best and the brightest of Westchester’s young professionals.
