Cuddy & Feder continues the growth of our Real Estate, Land Use and Telecommunications practices in White Plains and Hudson Valley with the addition of Kristen Motel and Allison Sloto.
Kristen and Allison are new to private practice, and they both come to us with strong backgrounds in land use and environmental law.
Prior to law school, Kristen worked as an environmental consultant, where she helped clients with compliance issues on projects ranging from wastewater treatment, air quality permitting and hazardous materials management. While in law school, Kristen clerked with the EPA’s Region 2 Superfund Division and after graduation, spent a year clerking for Superior Court judges in Connecticut.
Prior to law school Allison Sloto received a Masters in environmental management from the Yale School of Forestry and Environmental Studies, with a concentration in research and writing on local land use and environmental protection. Her interest in local law took her to Pace Law School where she served as research editor on the Pace Environmental Law Review.
