Partner, William S. Null, on behalf of Sun Homes and Reckson Operating Partnership, L.P., as owner, received approval from the Board of Trustees of the Village of Rye Brook for a 110 home development on approximately 31 acres located near Anderson Hill Road and King Street in the Blind Brook School District. The property is part of the Reckson Executive Park, which totals approximately 79.5 acres. Sun Homes is the developer of several high-end, clustered residential communities, including Kensett in Darien, Connecticut. The luxury development will contain 100 single-family, market-rate homes, as well as 10 single-family, Affordable Housing units in compliance with the Westchester County regulations, together with a clubhouse for residents. Mr. Null handled the rezoning of the property to PUD, as well as the Site Plan Approval before the Village of Rye Brook.
