Cuddy & Feder partner Bill Null was lead counsel in securing approvals for another major expansion and modernization of the White Plains Hospital campus in downtown White Plains, NY. The Hospital’s modernization includes a new, six-story patient tower; new operating rooms with the latest surgical equipment, 24 new private patient rooms and new labor and delivery suites. In addition, the Hospital has added a second cardiac catheterization lab for heart care and will double the size of its cancer center. White Plains Hospital has also expanded its Cancer Care Center including a new entrance, lobby, amenities, and physician offices in a six-story tower that connects to the existing Dickstein building. Cancer patients will have a diverse range of services for diagnosis, treatment, clinical trials, survivorship, patient support and amenities under one roof, giving them unparalleled access to comprehensive, integrated cancer care, close to home. Bill has served on the Board of the Hospital for over a decade and volunteered his professional time, pro-bono for all land-use and zoning permitting for these extensive capital improvement projects.
